Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup (plus a little) of puréed pumpkin (not pie filling, 100% pumpkin)
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology or protein powder

1 large egg

1 tsp-ish of vanilla extract

Dashes of pumpkin pie spice and/or cinnamon 

Drizzle of honey or pure maple syrup
Mix the pumpkin, protein, eggs, vanilla, and spices until smooth. Heat a pan with a little oil. I used coconut. Spoon 3 inch pancakes. You can get about 4 from the mix. Small is better because they can tear when you flip. Top with a little bit of honey or maple syrup. You could also add a few chopped pecans or walnuts. 
Fix count: 1/3 Green, 1&1/2 Red, tsps for your topping
