September is more than halfway over, so I’ve got to start planning October’s fitness challenge! Mark your calendar for October 5!
Saturday football, pumpkin spice, and cool mornings and evenings are here, so FALL must be here too! October is a fantastic last chance to get your fitness habits and eating plan solidified before the holidays come in to tempt us. A treat here and there isn’t bad if you’re overall habits are healthy. So let’s do this together!
My challenge groups last for 21 days and are run through closed Facebook groups to protect your privacy. The group is the ‘secret sauce’ for success, keeping your focused and supported through your fitness challenge. We share recipes, encouragement, and more.
The 21 days matches up perfectly with my favorite workout, the 21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme, but you can join with any of the Beachbody workouts like CIZE, Insanity, P90X, PiYo, Body Beast,… (the list goes on!). Just yell at me, and we will find the right one for you!
