Body Beast is split into three phases: Build, Bulk, and Beast. During the first phase, you Build a base of fitness, training your muscles to do this whole heavy-lifting mess. Bulk is the real work, bulking your muscle mass. Then you Beast out, which is a cutting phase to shed any body fat that is still hanging on.
The first workout in the Build series focuses on your chest and triceps. Whooooo!
